Comfort Air has outstanding service and excellent customer relations. From the minute we contacted Comfort Air, we were treated with professionalism and support. Eric Banda arrived to our home and did a thorough investigation of our air conditioner. He kept is informed of the situation as he worked tirelessly to fix the problem. He went above and beyond to make certain that our air conditioner was completely repaired before he left. He was very personable, professional, and thorough. more

Always professional 10/9/2015

Eric Banda arrived on time and took the necessary time to check all four of my heaters. It was a big job and professionally done. When through Eric went over everything that was done and asked if I had any questions. I've had a contract for years and have always been satisfied! more

Outstanding service. Luis went above and beyond. 10/7/2015

Luis H. is the type of employee that every company wishes they could have! He not only replaced the capacitor on my A/C unit quickly and efficiently, but also blew out a clogged drain line that was practically inaccessible. (note: the unit had been improperly installed by another company.) In order to get to the line, Luis had to crawl through a VERY narrow space beneath the unit. He never complained and just graciously went about he work. He didn't even change me extra to blow out the line! Comfort Air is an outstanding company and Luis is the best!!!!!! more

The Comfort Air Engineering Maintenance Program has prevented unscheduled outages. 9/22/2015

I have been very pleased with the Comfort Air Engineering Maintenance Service Program. I haven't had an outage since I started the twice yearly scheduled maintenance. Eric just completed the Fall maintenance and he kept me up to date on what he was doing, anything that he came across and sought my questions on the maintenance items. more

I thought my ac was in need of total replacement, honest service tech trouble shot everything and told me it was tripping compressor because evaporator and condenser needing cleaning. Unit is older and will need replacing, but not just yet. Comfort-Air Engineering will get job when replacement is needed due to honesty on repair. more

From beginning to end-comfort-air made a bid problem into a small one. Desiree-who answered the phone when I called-was professional and reassuring. I could not believe they would get to me in the same day! What a relief! Then Conner came out and stayed until our problem was resolved... perhaps it was ordinary to him-but when it is 105 outside and 86 inside... well-we thank God we did not have to go through the weekend with those temps! Conner was polite, professional & gracious! Between Desiree & Conner, I believe this is a company that cares... so grateful for the recommendation from a friend at work!!! more

I've had Maz out for two different repairs and was so impressed with his professionalism. He explained things to me well and made helpful suggestions. Great Customer Service 8/4/2015

Eric came to the house in the afternoon to fix a leak from one of our A/C pipes in the ceiling. He fixed the pipe, stayed as long as he needed (into the evening) to ensure the leak was secure. The following time we saw him was when he did the complete A/C inspection in which he also improved the operation of our smaller A/C unit. During both visits, Eric was prompt, well-spoken, courteous and respectful. We would certainly recommend him and his company to others. more

I have switched to an a/c service contract which makes it easier to take care of my unit. Maz came on time and thoroughly checked inside and outside units. He did not rush and answered all questions and made necessary recommendations. Schedulers were great and made a reminder phone call the day before the appointment. They have fairly helped me with repair/replacement situations. I can talk to anyone! more

I have been using Comfort Air for years both at home and my business. I was please to see Maz was here to do the home check up. He is very thorough and polite. Now we are ready to handle the summer heat with our well maintained A/C. more

Busted hot water heater 6/29/2015

We returned on sat from the store to find our water heater leaking in the guest bedroom. We were expecting four grandchildren on Sunday. A call to Primo plumbing was answered within 45 minutes and we needed a new heater. The tech said maybe tonight but for sure Sunday. Within the hour he had found another employee and was able to replace our heater by nine that evening. Great service, personal attention to detail and efficient clean repairs! Primo has my true appreciation and future support. Thanks exceptional job!!!! more
