Trust Comfort-Air Engineering 12/13/2014

I have always trusted Comfort-Air Engineering to do my PM (periodic maintenance) and check-ups on my Carrier Heat Pump (cooling and heating system), since my system was installed. They have always provided prompt, courteous, value-based service and helped keep my cooling/heating operating at peak performance. I like Comfort-Air Engineering's pre-pay service packages; easy-to-schedule and value-based check-ups in fall + spring to ensure my system is ready for the hot Texas summers and cool winters in San Antonio. I highly recommend Comfort-Air Engineering for all your cooling / heating needs. more

Daniel E. our service technician for fall/spring has been outstanding. 12/12/2014

We bought out heat/air system in 2004 replacing existing unit. The installation was performed to very high standards and performance by the technicians. We have been very satisfied. We also signed up for the Platinum Protection Plan. Daniel E. has performed with utter kindness and professionalism to me and my wife. He is very conscientious in his work and inspections. We both thank him for his super attitude. more

I have used Comfort Air for years, as did my parents before me. They have always been dependable and reliable. Luis Huerta is one of their A/C technicians and he has come to my house several times. I appreciate his knowledge and thorough inspection with each visit. He is very kind and always a pleasure to see him. He is a valued employee with great customer service skills. We are find the annual service plan to be a good value and very convenient. Comfort Air rings us to remind and schedule the appointments. The schedulers and service people are all competent, professional and pleasant to deal with. Jacob just got done servicing our central unit for winter and he was prompt, personable, courteous and professional. Thank you! more

Great work by the Comfort Air team 12/5/2014

Received a call from Tony advising me of a fall check up at our rental house which in turn reminded me to get a fall check up at our house. Tony advised that he could get a service person to the house on that day! The person arrive well before expected and called from our house. We had to do some errands thinking we would be home prior to the service person's arrival. We hurried home but found out the this person was not propane qualified and Tony had another certified person respond. We're glad that we had the furnace serviced as Daniel found a defective part and consequently unbeknown to us the furnace was not lighting. Daniel was methodical getting the part replace. He is a real expert in servicing our equipment! Thanks Comfort Air! more

Above & Beyond 12/1/2014

I have been a long time client of Comfort-Air. I had a scheduled maintenance due and Eric Banda came to service the unit. He did a thorough job on the unit. Just before he left, I asked him to look at some wiring that was done on the Outside unit during a recent exhaust motor replacement. I asked if there was a way to have the wiring to the motor less exposed to the outside because I was afraid my grand kids might start poking at the wiring. (you know how kids are) Eric evaluated the situation and promptly remedied it by covering the wires with some tubing. It gave me peace of mind. I always appreciate when the Comfort-Air techs go above and beyond to make you feel that you matter as their customer and that they are not just there to do a job and leave. more

Winter inspection 11/24/2014

Eric Banda did a great job today. We had a continuing problem with a buildup of dust and moisture coming out of one of our vents. It was really ugly. I explained the problem and showed him a picture. He immediately explained what could be causing the problem, went up in the attic and found and repair the probable cause. It was a duct taped seam that was leaking. He taped and added adhesive. Thanks for a great job more

Jacob apologized for being so late and assured me that he would let his boss know that the woman we spoke to last week shouldn't have said it was ok to turn the heat on since the tubing was loose and that carbon monoxide would get loose in my house. Besides which she's not an expert. more

Efficient, reliable, professional - a great company! 11/21/2014

Comfort Air was recommended to me a couple of years ago and I am so happy to have taken the recommendation. I, in turn, have recommended them. Today, for my Fall Heating Service, both Eric Banda and Luis Huerta did a Number One job. Both are meticulous, professional, courteous, efficient and, most importantly, both are highly skilled at their work. I would certainly recommend these two Technicians and Comfort Air. more

We have been customers of Comfort Air for over the past twenty five years at two different homes in San Antonio. We have always kept the maintenance agreement on all of our heating and cooling systems and have enjoyed the friendly and professional service of the technicians. Eric Banda was just at our home to perform the fall check-up on our furnace. Eric was very professional and went out of his way to not track dirt into our home since it was damp outside. Eric also made recommendations about our heating and cooling system due to its age. more
