If you are military and looking for a bank that has lots of perks just for you, then look no further. We have had USAA for over 8 years and would go nowhere else for our banking needs. Being overseas for most of the past few years, we mailed our deposits with postage-paid envelopes provided by the bank. When you need to call, the associates you talk to are so professional. You will always be properly addressed at this bank. Another plus is they refund your fees you pay to use ATM machines not belonging to them.

I have a bank account with USAA . ( even though my bank in Located in TEXAS i stay in Florida)
A few months back somehow someone was able to get my debit card information and use it to their behalf. I bet they loved just being on a shopping spree.
Well i called my back and told them the problem. They were able to STOP my account all together and they ONLY let the businesses i told them to go through. Then they also set me up with another bank account right away and sent me some checks out through the mail the next day! The people i talked to on the phone were wonderful and i couldn't have asked for any better friendlier service!
If anyone has a chance to work with them it would be something you'd be proud of yourself!

This H & R Block offers wonderful customer service, you can also get a quick and speedy tax return. They're offices are clean and presentable. The only thing I hate is the location. But would recommend this to anyone.

This exxon has a great manager who takes pride in her job and treats this store as if it were her own...She and the other employees are very polite and helpful with the customers and that is a plus anywhere. This store is clean and is run very safely.
Pros: close to home
Cons: gas is a little cheaper

I've been very impressed with this lender for some time now. They seem to be a very reputable company who keeps their word and also helps their customers.
For example; my husband and I recently built first home and financed through this company. They updated us with all the papers, etc. we would need in advance and explained our payment perfectly. Their customer service continues to amaze my husband and I-it seems as though they always make time for us and even answer their own phones-no machines!

This Washington Mutual retail banking center is a good choice when looking for customer support. The tellers and managers are very knowledgeable and are very curteous.
The few issues I've had were cleared-up immediately and professionally. I'd recommend them especially if you are looking at switching to a new bank.
