They have all your financial needs all in one place. You can do all of your banking over the phone. I was leary of this at first but it has been wonderful. The staff is so nice. It is a military bank so it moves where you move thats the best part also. that way you dong have to change banks all the time.

not very helpful place to do your banking at. they're not into serving their customers. i've waited at the counter for 10 minutes before someone finally helped me. they weren't helping anyone else or doing anything important. they were doing decorations! what kind of service is that? i've gotten a lot of attitude when i go there.
i'm going to switch to IBC soon. they're waaaaaay better!!

I used to be with IBC Bank before it closed because of the Albertsons closing. SACU is a much better bank than IBC was. SACU's staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is seldom a line to wait to be helped because they have many tellers there at all times. I can’t find any reasons why I would want to leave this bank.

I opened a savings account online and they asked how I wanted to fund the account. I decided to use a debit card from another bank to put $100 in the new ssavings account. A month later I got a statement saying they never got the money, but it shows on my debit card statement that they did. I spent hours on the phone and in a branch trying to convince them that they had lost my money, but they told me it was my problem and the other banks problem. The VP at the bank called about 10 different people and no one knew what they were doing! NEVER open an account online thorugh Bank of America, they might lose your money and not give it back!

My husband and I recently bought our first house and finaced through World Savings-we were very impressed. Each time we called with questions on our loan an actual person answered the phone, no machines! The employees were knowledgeable and always answered our questions quickly-I was put on hold a couple times; but only for a minute. I wish more banks and businesses were like this.
The rates we got are excellent and they're doing our escrow and tax services as well. We've been very satisfied with them.

My husband had some old traffic tickets that he needed to take care of and Roland Esparza took care of them the very same day! He even worked it out so that my husband ended up paying less than he would of normally for the traffic tickets with his fee included.
