Complete Satisfaction 11/13/2014

I had an appointment to have my Heater checked out under my service agreement. The technician, Conner, checked things out I hadn't seen anyone else check out. He definitely knows his job and the system. He also made an emergency call when it was hot and my AC went down. He found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. I have confidence that my system is working the way it is intended to work. more

I was very pleased with Eric Banda's service of the heating system in my home. He was very thorough, professional in his manner, and did not leave footprints in the house. I highly recommend asking for Eric to service your a/c system. more

Technician Luis Huerta performed both my spring and fall preventative maintenance in a professional manner. He was very courteous. I have used Comfort Air for 7 years now and they have kept my system running well. Very honest and nice folks. more

friendly, good service 6/11/2014

Comfort Air has been doing my maintenance for years, & that of many of my neighbors. I believe my regular service by CA has maintained my HVAC system much longer than its usual life. They are friendly, professional, & pricing seems very fair. I have recommended them to several neighbors. They've recently hired someone as a Quality engineer; he is superb. more

The best of the best when it comes to reliability and promptness 6/8/2014

I purchased a new Carrier unit in 2003 from a company that when belly up , and the 10 year warranty I thought I had was worthless,because the owner of that company, Ambient air did not fill out the warranty papers. Our unit was malfunctioning in 2007, so I talked to a representative from Carrier air and they recommended Comfort Air. Eric Randall came out to our home to service our unit, found out what the problem was and quickly repaired it. My wife and I were so impressed by the professional and prompt service of Comfort Air and Eric Randall, that we continue to use them and recommend them to our friends! They are truly the best of the best! more
