We returned on sat from the store to find our water heater leaking in the guest bedroom. We were expecting four grandchildren on Sunday. A call to Primo plumbing was answered within 45 minutes and we needed a new heater. The tech said maybe tonight but for sure Sunday. Within the hour he had found another employee and was able to replace our heater by nine that evening. Great service, personal attention to detail and efficient clean repairs!
