This is one place I went into after seeing the commercials on TV and then hearing them on the radio. Sometimes they'll run a special with one of the local radio stations and you can get an awesome deal. They are nice people and do a superb professional job on the several services they offer. Great place.

I went into Car-X Auto Service and they were real busy with every bay full. I just needed my AC Checked. They checked it out, gave me the lowest price and gave me a lift home. They completed the repair the same day and came to pick me up. These guys are the real thing.

I was very pleasantly surprised of the low pressure sales experience from Dana at Benson Honda. She showed me the Accord I had spoken with her about on the phone and after I decided to buy that day everything else in the process (financing, paperwork, etc.) all went very well. This was my 2nd car purchase but my first new vehicle and although I doubt my new Accord will need to be replaced any time soon, they have earned a returning customer and I certainly recommend them to others. Dana simply asked that if I had a good experience, if I wouldn't mind sharing it with friends or family, and so I'm doing one better and making some posts to review sites like this since she was so helpful.

My husband and I were new to San Antonio and had a key problem with our Toyota. We visited this shop late in the evening on a Friday night. The manager himself helped us and stayed until the problem was fixed. I was very impressed with time he put in to help us-especially since he wasn't a 'technician.' We've taken our cars back for minor maintence and loved this shop!

I would never take my vehicle anywhere else! Scott, is reliable, honest, & reasonable. Sure, he makes $$$ but, he does it the old fashioned way.....he takes care of all of his customers by being up front, charging the right price for the work he's doing, & that's how he gets REPEAT CUSTOMERS. The Wash Tub is a great place to take your vehicle to get washed and cleaned. They have a very organized assembly line system of cleaning and washing your car. They have a lot of people working on each vehicle so that it gets an overall cleaning very quickly. The only problem is that the place is always crowded so your vehicle has to wait in line to be cleaned. The people are friendly and the prices are average.
