Dr. Chao is a wonderful dentist who doesn't doesn't make me feel any worse that I already do for not flossing daily. Everyone in the office is very accommodating, especially with my frequent re-schedule and occasional tardiness. A great feature of the office is the great view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Another nice touch is that they provided an iPod to listen to during one of the longer procedures.
