I have visited this bridal shop a few times. When my older sister got married, this is the place where she purchased her bridal gown from. They had a variety of different and elegant gowns to chose from. The customer service is excellent and the ladys who work there will make sure that the bride or even the bridesmaids have everything that they need for the big wedding day. My sister had no problem with the store and the employees would always know our names when we walked into the store. I would highly recommend this store to purhcase your bridal gown or even to just browse for the speical occasion. more

Bridal Image 11/9/2005

Bridal Image has so many gowns to choose from, you have to be able to find something here. This place is much nicer than those huge warehouse bridal stores. I received the nicest customer service. I was happy to see the employees care and a store this size there is no need to worry about it closing down and keeping your money. more

A great experience 10/21/2005

My sister bought her bridal gown from this store. The people were always so friendly and tried to make the process extremely easy for my sister. They would offer her suggestions about what to do. My sister had no problems with this bridal store and I would highly recommend this store to anyone without ANY type of regret!!!!! more

This is one of the best Bridal Stores in the city. It is hidden right across the street from the flower mart but it is a greta find. Parking is the only thing bad thing that I can say. The salespeople were the friendliest people I have ever met. They were so patient with me and answered all of my questions. The women were very easy to talk to me an dremembered me during my secod viist. Its a great expereince. more

great selections, better prices 8/16/2005

The shop is not as nice the David's Bridal, but they almost have the same collections, even the brand name ones and they are selling them for better prices. The dressing rooms are like the ones you would find in a warehouse type retail shops (for example- Jessica McClintock Warehouse). Street Parking are very limited, but quick access to the freeway. more

The best service 7/27/2005

I bought my bridal gown from Bridal Image. The sales people were the best ever. They were so friendly and they helped me pick out the styles that I wanted. They even brought me sample dresses that were not in stock from the designer beacsue i was hesitant to buy something without trying it on. They remembered me when I came back and always asked how I was doing (esp my hurt ankle), family etc.. Their prices are reasonable and their accessories are beautiful. They treated me like a princess. This store deserves the best ratings. You won't be disappointed in their service or collection. Its absolutely top notch!! more
