Dr Starrett is a very good good podiatrist. He is very knwledgable about biomechanics and knows how to make orthotics well. He works in a small office in St Mary's Hospital, which in very close to where I work. He is a nice man with a great sense of humor. he made me feel comfortable about visting the doctor. Overall, I was impressed with his demeanor and attitude. I would definitely return if I have any problems

My friend gave me a gift certificate for my birthday to TRU Spa. It was a wonderful experience. I got the mani/pedi with an oxygen fascial. It was just like heaven. And teh lady that took care of me was amazing. When you recieve a facial at TRU, they also add in a massage. It was delightful. TRU Spa is a little on the pricy side, but it was well worth it. The only peoblem is that parking is very difficult, so I recommend to take public transportation

22nd and Irving Market is a wonderful neighboorhood Produce Market. It has been around for as long as I can remember, owned by a Greek Family. They offer a wide array of fresh produce, dairy products, breads, cookies, pastas, and jarred/canned foods. Everything is so fresh. You can always find different types of canned goods and spices from all around teh world. And the prices are very reasonable compared to surrounding produce markets. It fills its niche and its a wonderful establishment. If you have not checked it out, you should. Its worth your time.

I was in the downtown Gift Center when i stumbled across Paris Connection. Paris Connection is mostly a wedding store. They sell evrything from bridal gowns to homemade custom jewerly. It was an amazing store. The owner of the store was very friendly and sincere. She was a little busy so I would have liked to spend more time with her. But I was understanding. Her prices were on the higher side, but she is a small botique trying to survive. Overall, I enjoyed what the store had to offer. If I ever I need custom made jewerly, then I would definitely return.

My husband and I went to the Silverado Resort and Spa this past March. The weekend that we went had beautiful weather, even though the rest of teh month was raining. Their facilities were beautiful. We had a one bedroon suite that was very tastefully decorated and clean. I liked the bathroom area because everything was fresh. Their free sundries were from Aveda which I thought was nice. People were very friendly and helpful. Overall we would return to the Silverado. I enjoyed their state of the art exercise facility. It was beautiful, relaxing, and they always have discounts available. Its a wonderful weeknd trip to get away from the city. I can't wait to go back and try some spa treatments.

This is a wonderful place to take the kids for a couple of hours to visit their favorite animlas. Its not really as large as a zoo or have many animals. But its a grat way to spend the afternoon, especially with a toddler. Admissions is also free, so its lack of exhibits are fine. Its really educational for little children and they have fun too. check it out.. its pretty fun and its free!!

Visiting the Fort Mason Center has taught me a lot about Word war two history. When you walk around, you get a feel that youare part of teh era. You visit bunkers where soliders rested and cannons tha they used. there is alo an area for shopping and small restaurants. I also ran across a bowling alley, but I did not go in. This is a great place to take the family to learn about history and to have fun at the same time. Its a great place to absorb the history that you are only able to read in textbooks.

My church often times has BBQ's at this museum which is how I discovered that they have a museum. It is a wonderful place for little kids to laern about mnay different kinds of aminlas, what they eat, and what they do when they are in danger. There ae many things to look at including racoons, snkaes, and bees. There is always something new to visit. Exhibits often rotate so the children do not get bored. There is an admission fee to get into the park, but its per car, not per person.

I work very close to Golden Gate park and I often take a walk in the Conservatory of Flowers during my lunch break. It is a beautiful place to visit. There are so many flowers and plants growing. I am an avid flower lover and still do not know all the manes of the flowers growing. The scenery is spectacular. If you have not visited the conservatory of Flowers, you are really missing out.

There are not many museums around that allow you to actually play around with all of the exhibits. The exploratorium is one ofthose museums. It make children have fun while learning. The museum is science based but more geared towards physics. My neice hated physics in school, but after visiting teh museum a few times, she leraned to understand concepts and now she relates everything she learns to the exploratorium. Its a wonderful educational experince in which you have a great time.
