Ticket #067921 Our Experience with Hilton Furniture on Sunday Feb 10th, 2013: \r \r My husband and I visited your store on Sunday, February 10th, 2013. We were looking for a sectional for our home. Our salesmen, Samuel and Doug were very helpful in assisting us in finding that perfect sectional. We were promised a prompt delivery that night and we left the store very happy. When we got home and started preparing the house for the arrival of our new sofa, we got a call that the sectional was not available at the store until Monday and that the piece that we were promised was just the floor model and could not be sold. Disappointed, we agreed to the rescheduled window for Monday which was 11am – 3pm. We felt that we had no other choice. But unfortunately, Mondays are always bad at any job and of course, as soon as I got to work, it was hectic already. Same for my husband at his job. So we called to reschedule another window for Monday which was 5-8pm. We waited n waited n waited. Finally we called the store at 9pm asking for the status on our sofa. We were told that it was already on the way when in fact it wasn’t. I told the gentleman who answered the phone to have the delivery driver call me directly, maybe I could get a straight honest answer out of him instead. He called me 20 minutes later and said that he just left the warehouse and that he would be at my house in 20 minutes. He got to my house at 10pm….with a broken sofa. At this point, I’m already frustrated, tired, and mad as hell. Add the fact that I’m pregnant to that mix and…well…need I say more??? It was 11pm by the time they finished setting everything up. They wrote on the ticket that we were owed a replacement sofa and that it would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday came and not a single phone call from the store about the replacement. I called the store at 11am and after a few phone transfers, was told that the sofa replacement would be delivered after 12pm. We received the furniture a little before 12pm and it worked fine. All in all, I am somewhat satisfied with the furniture that we received, very satisfied with the salesmen, Doug and Samuel, dissatisfied with the delivery process. But, there is a huge communication gap between the salesmen and the warehouse crew. We are satisfied how they were able to correct their mistakes. Ticket:067649 I visit the store in a Sunday in February 3 to find a twin mattress.I walked around the store for 10 minutes,But nobody helped.I had to go to the desk that was in the entrance and a women called Flor,even do she was occupied, she show us all the mattress,she answered all our questions.Thanks to her, we bought the mattress that we wanted.I wish there was more salespersons like her. more

Invoice #067026\r \r I have been looking for a new living room set for 2 years, I have been to just about EVERY furniture store from 45 and main to 2920 and 45. Noone had anything like I wanted even Mattress Mac! My husband and I were out one last time to see if by any chance we could find something I liked. Which neither one of us thought was likely. We happened upon Hilton furniture by accident (we made a wrong turn). We decided to go in and check it out, and are SO glad we did. We were greeted by the BEST sales person we have ever incountered (Flor). She was kind, knowledgable, polite, honest and very helpful. This store is approximatly a hour away from our house and I promise as long as Hilton has wonderful staff like her we will continue to purchase our furniture from them.\r \r Three cheers for Flor and the finance man sorry I forgot his name!!!!! \r more

Ticket # 066670 I love HIlton!!!! My family and I just purchased our third room from there!! The salesmen are fantastic and work hard to get you some really great deals!!!! The financing is a piece of cake!!! I recommend Hilton Furniture and Mattress to all who will listen!!!! We already know what new room we will be furnishing on our next trip to Hilton!!! Hello would like to write a few thing about my experience with Hilton furniture about a year ago I ordered a dinnette set when it arrived one of the chairs was damanage and they say it would be three wks before a replacement would be available I did get the chair in 1 wk before guest arrived. And said I would no use them again .Well a decided to give them another chance and ordered a living room set and queen side bed .Quincy was my sale person and said the furniture would be ready in 2 to 3 wks the livingroom furniture was to be custom covered in a light blue. Quincy was very nice and helpful but the rest was I nightmare I received a phone call on Monday Oct 8 that my furniture would be deliveried Friday Oct 12 between 1pm-4pm I called the delivery center @ 2pm friday on a update on time of delivery and was told that quincy had no right to tell that the furniture would be delivered today. So I call Quincy who stated the delivery truck did not come in thursday night but was on it's way but I would have furniture today Mine you I had gotten rid of bed and living room furniture in antispation of the new furniture.At 6pm\r I call again was told Quincy when to pick up furniture the make a long store short @ 9pm Quincy brought the queen side bed and told me that the sofa had not come . and\r would be deliveried sometime next wk. .Got a phone call Sunday and was told the living room furniture would be here monday night between 8-10pm Well about 9:30 pm they arrive and the furniture is the wrong color instead of a light blue it's a grayblue (slate) call Quincy to tell him it's the wrong color and the delivery man tells me I need to hurry and sign because he has other deliveries Itry to tell him I'm talking to Quincy becasue this is not the color I ordered ,the delivery man told me he was not his problem and that he had another delivery in Kemah and I need to get off the phone and sign the paper work. I did talk to QUINCY the next day and now I have to wait 3 more wks for the color to be redone I'm not sure were the break down in comunicate occurred but ware house personnel and delivery people .is bad.So now we'll see what will happen next more

We saw immediately what we wanted and were about to walk out with a plan for a future purchase but instead were approached by Dale (The man with a plan). This guy was very well informed about what he was selling and had our full attention from Hello. Neither my friend nor I had purchased furniture before and didn’t know what to expect but we do now and will come looking for Dale anytime we are ready to add to our home. Thank you, Dale and Hilton. Best Furniture Store - Will drive 4 hours to get my furnitur 5/24/2012

If you are in Houston or not this is the place to get your furniture. My husband and I have been dealing with Hilton since he first opened (when he was cutting things with chain saws) and I must say that his customer service has not changed. If you know me that is what I look for. My husband and I went to get our bedroom suite this past week and Hilton set us up. Had two of the nicest gentlemen deliver it to Austin for us. Thanks again Hilton, you deserve all of your success, you have never done us wrong. - more

NOT ON TIME - DELIVERY 4/23/2012

ticket# 058243\r \r I bought mattress - and I was very happy with the purchase. Mrs. Flor was great to me. She answered my crazy questions to the mattress I fell in love with. She showed me a varity of selections - did not feel some one was taking my space nor my air.\r Anyway my issue came when the mattress was not delivered. I had a time frame, no one ever showed up, nor was a call made to me. It was a day before Easter so I was exited to sleep like a baby... DID NOT HAPPEN. I made a call and was told that everyone was running behind schedule. I understood and made a diffrent appointment for the fallowing weekend. STILL NO CALL & NO SHOW....FELT LIKE AN IDOT!! I did not call this time. I was so upset and just wanted to give someone a piece of my mind (not with kind words) but I did not. I went to the store the fallowing day to cancell my order. I still very upset - but Dough (the manger) was very sweet and kind, apologized over and over. There where excuses and we are all human (I guess) mistakes are to be made. He spoke to me and understood my fustration. My mattresess where delivered that day - I slept like a baby.. \r THANK YOU -- Dough \r \r Everything would have been perfect if it was not for delivery.. This one definitly fell throu the Cracks. more

Great Customer Service 4/23/2012

I did not make a purchase from Hilton, unfortunately they did not have the bedroom set that I had my heart set on. But if they had I definitely would have. I was referred there by an old employee which says a lot about Hilton if an old employee is referring you to their old job. I went and asked for Doug who I was told to ask for and he was very pleasant and introduced me to Ralph who went above and beyond to try and find me the pieces that I wanted. Doug even checked back in with me before I left to see if there was anything else they could do. I was impressed with the customer service I received and will be back for future furniture purchases. Great job guys!!!! more

We received all pieces within 3 days of our selection. The delivery guys were very professional in helping us set up our furniture. WOW. Ticket# 058093\r \r I went to Hilton Furniture after having a bad experience at another furniture store (six weeks after purchase the other furniture store still could not guarantee a delivery date for my couch). After I explained the type of couch I wanted, the salesman, Vince, was very helpful and directed me to a couch that I LOVE. The couch was in stock and delivered within two hours of the purchase. I will be back to Hilton for all of my future furniture purchases. more

Best Shopping Experience 3/26/2012

Invoice # 057849...On 3-24-12 My wife, our 2 little girls and I went to Hilton looking for a sectional.....At the door, we met the "" Governor "" and introduced ourselves. We asked for a few minutes to browse to find what we wanted.....In about 10 minutes we found "" It "" and the Governor helped us pick out the fabric, all the while he was helping with our daughters and giving us the professional service we were hoping for. Our sectional will be built for us and will be ready for delivery in a couple of weeks...We are so glad that we went to Hilton, and found the furniture we were looking for.......Thanks Gov....!!!! more
