We went to look at beds, we were just shopping around and didn't intend to buy right then. The quality, price and staff were just to good to pass. The service was excellent, Flo and Herman were the best! They were extremely helpful and friendly, but were not pushy. They made you feel like you were dealing with friends not salesmen. Herman was the nicest, polite young man.I could have shopped all of Harris County and not found a better deal or better service!! more

I just purchased a dresser from your salesman, Mario. Although it was only the dresser and not the whole bedroom set, he went out of his way to give me the best deal possible. He was very pleasant and polite. I had been looking for a dresser for my granddaughter at your competitors. 1 of them supposedly had such a “great” moving sale, but the price was triple compared to the great deal Mario gave me and that’s a fact Jack! Today I went to Hilton just to see if they had any trundle beds. They didn't, but Tim asked me if I wanted to sit and look at a catalog with him. He showed me a lot of different styles. He even gave me his opinion, which I appreciated, when he knew I had small kids that I was buying the set for. I felt so comfortable, and NOT PRESSURED, that I let him show me a pillow mattress that I was also interested in. He then offered me a good price. I got more than what I wanted and I never felt like running out of the store (something I love to do when the salsesperson is down your throat). It was a great experience and I'll go back again. My dauther told me about these guys several years ago when she bought new furniture. I'm glad I finally listened. more

My wife and I first bought a new dining room set from Hilton in January of 2011. The experience was great! The people who help you are very friendly and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. The delivery was exactly as promised. It went great! Every care was taken to deliver and set up my dining room set with respect to our home and belongings. In February, we again visited Hilton Furniture and bought a futon for our spare bedroom. Again, everything went great and delivery was as promised. Our most recent purchase was March 26, 2011. We had to have tables to go with the futon. Everyone was just as friendly and the survice was just as great as the first visit. Hilton makes it so easy to buy their furniture. Their finance programs are great and gives those who have been a little down on their luck a second chance. We will be back. more

I had to take the time to write a review on Hilton Furniture because my experience was so awesome! Tim was my sales associate and his knowledge of mattresses was extensive and impressive. I like that there was no pressure to buy I told Tim I am just looking and comparing prices and he asked if I give you the best quality/price today are you willing to buy today. When I said no - I expected Tim to brush me off and move on to the next customer. However he didn't do that instead he spent over an hour showing me mattresses and bedroom sets wrote out my final quote and told me to go ahead and shop around he knew I would be back. He was right after checking out 3 other major furnitures stores one of which gave me a better price then Hilton. I still went back to Hilton because the service was so outstanding and I trusted Tim more then the other sales guy. When it was time to pay for my funiture the service continued to be awesome. From Bernie's funny and courteous demeanor to Hilton himself personally thanking me for my purchase. My girlfriend and I were in search of the perfect bedroom furniture. We visited several furniture stores as well as visited their websites. We discussed prices, color and styles. Three sets stood out in our minds, one being an Ashley set. We were intriged, but the price was well out of our rage. One fine day my girlfriend suggested Hilton Furniture. She decided to call before we took a drive to the store. Dougles answered the phone and pleasantly answer all of our questions. It was the friendly service that gave us the desire to take the drive. Dougles was occupied with a customer but greeted us and thanked us for our patience. As soon as he was available he once again thanked us for our patience and asked how he could be of service. Once again he answered our questions and was able to get us the Ashley set we most desired. The conclusion of our furinture quest was fullfilled by the wonderful customer service we recieved by Dougles and Hilton Furniture. more

Yesterday morning I walked right into the Hilton Furniture store on I-45 not realizing they had not opened the store! I was greeted by Hilton, then after describing my dilemma was shown to the back where he had a large selection of queen size beds. My two sons are in the military and are coming home for the same two week period (which may never happen again). I am renovating their bedrooms, to be more like a hotel, and with the help of the owner, found the exact bed/mattress/cover for the room upgrades!
