Furniture Shopping at its best! 7/20/2011

ticket number....046813\r \r \r Amazing experience at Hilton's today....just stopped to ""browse"" because of the huge sale being advertised. I have been looking for ""the bed"" for at least a year. I found it today!! I was so impressed that once I told the salesman Mike that I was just looking....he left me alone so I could evaluate and make a stress-free decision. This was the best furniture buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was so professional and easy-going. The care given to me from Mike all the way to the warehouse guys that put extra string around my furniture just to ease my worries was heartfelt. I recommend Hilton's to anyone who is looking for great furniture for a great price from great people!!! I never give a 5 as a rating...hats off to Hilton's, you earned it! more

Hilton,\r Thank you so much for the wonderful staff you have working for you in your store. We love Mike and Jason!! They are all so very helpful and friendly. I just bought brand new bunk beds for my son and a pretty twin bed for my sister!! I have been searching for quite some time for a special living room piece. Well, Jeff at Hilton Furniture helped me find it and with as good as a price as I was given, I decided to purchase 3 more items, which I had delivered because the prices were below my budget even with delivery. Thanks Hilton and Jeff, my search has finally ended! more

Hilton is the best!!!! ""That's a Fact Jack""\r I have visited this store on several occasions and every time I have received the best service any customer could ask for. When you walk in the door you are greeted with warm smiles and a warm hearted hello. Hilton makes you feel like family and this is something I hold dear. I would recommend any Houston or surrounding resident to visit the Hilton Family store and receive what I have \r so greatly received.\r \r I was able to make a purchase for a price that was amazing. I worked with a sales associate named Vince Price and he was great. He showed patience and he was very well organized for the task at hand. Treated like Family...046092 7/8/2011

This was our first visit to Hilton Furniture and Mattress Store, but it won't be our last. We had not one but two great guys helping us choose the right bed for our needs. Thanks John and Shaun for such great service. We were so impressed, that we also purchased two recliners and a table. It was so refreshing not to be pressured into buying, but helped in deciding what WE needed...I highly recommend Hilton Furniture...and That's A Fact Jack!!! more

My bother & i just left Hilton Furniture very satisfied. We wanted a flat-screened television & the staff was extemely helpful. Jose,our salesman is the man! He helped us with our credit application & we went home with our new 32in Tv. Now I get to watch my bro &fiance figure out how to hook the cable to it,lol. Thanks,Hilton more

My husband and I came in just to browse and I saw a loveseat and chair I couldn't live without...The salesman Shawn was very nice and came down on the price to give us a good deal. The furniture is great quality and the service was great. They have awesome finance options, it was sooo easy and I got to take the furniture home right then. Ticket number 054334 My husband and I went to look at some livingroom furniture. We were able to buy a three piece threater seating. They were able to have it delivered that night. The salesman Geroge was very knowledgable of the product. Mr. Hilton was very friendly and was so helpful in getting the delivery done. I would refer Hilton Furniture to all my friends. more

Great Deals and service 6/20/2011

Ticket number -- 045062 Eleven years ago my family moved to the Houston area. We were in need of a whole house full of furniture. We visited several of the areas famous furniture stores and some of the not so famous ones. When we went into Hilton Furniture we were sure that was our last stop. Hilton himself helped us find exactly what we needed for every room in our house, and he gave us a better deal than we could ever dream of. A few years later when the kids started moving out we again were in need of furniture. We went back to Hilton and received the same great service and best deals possible. Now that we are in need of a new mattress and Living room furniture, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. We stopped in and met Tim, who took care of us with the same great service we were used to from Hilton Furniture. We have an unusual shaped living room, and Tim showed us several different options until we agreed on one that worked perfectly. Another awesome experience from Hilton Furniture. more

Went to Hilton Furniture and had the BEST experience ever!!!! Mr.Hilton and his staff are very FRIENDLY & WONDERFUL!!!! I found my favorite marble table w/chairs and a Samsung 51' tv!!! It was all delivered the next day and I am so HAPPY!! I definately will return to Hilton for all future purchases!!! I feel so much at ease shopping there!!!! Can't wait to return!!!!! more

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE 5/14/2011

My wife and I say the commerical for Hilton Furniture and after 6 years with the same mattress, we decided it was about time for a new one. We did the application online that same night. The next day we got a call from Tim who said we were approved and to go down there and pick out what we wanted. I didn't believe it was that simple,but it most definitely was. We told time what we were looking for and he took his time with us and giving us good information on the products we were looking for, a mattress and a dinning table. Once we picked what we wanted, they wrote up the contract, and we were done. EASY! We experienced great customer service here and would definetly come back and recommend it to our family and friends.\r more

Doug is the best ever......Period!!!! 5/11/2011

I have been to Hilton 4 times now and every single time doug takes care of me so much so that I took my elderly mother there after my dad passed to get a new bedroom set, he treated her like a queen!!!!! I will be eternally grateful for that. I contine to send my friends and colleageus there and they come cack to me and say the same thing. Also, Jason is such a professional its scary......Dont see mack, star,ashley,rooms....SEE DOUG!!!!!! more
