GREAT service, GREAT prices, and GREAT products! 2/6/2012

TICKET #055779. My husband and I were just driving around to look at furniture for my kids and we saw a guy holding an advertisement at an intersection so we decided to stop by Hilton. We found the bed set for my daughter that we just LOVED! With the help of our salesperson, Bee and the manager we were able to get it delivered to us the very next day and my daughter absolutely LOVES it! Will definately recommend and return if we need to buy more furniture. more

Great Store 1/8/2012

#054373 We had looked at several place over a couple of weekends and this was our last stop....wish it had been our first. Although our salesperson left a little to be desired he did make us a great deal and everyone else that we dealt with was ABOVE AND BEYOND. They got us taken care of very fast, we had our furniture in a few hours and when I noticed a chip in my coffee table the next day they just brought us a new one....if you are shopping for furniture put this place on your list. I will be a repeat customer!! more

Ticket# 053600 My fiancé and I had an amazing time at Hilton Furniture. It was our first time buying furniture for our new home. We were nervous and did not know what to expect. Then we met Mike he helped make the experience of buying furniture for the first time fun. He asked us the questions that we were afraid a sales person would never ask. Questions like what were we interested in, our budget, and would we want him to help us find the away to fiancé if were interested. Never did he force anything on us . Gave us our space and time and we walked out of their with a brand new sectional for the living room and a kitchen table. Come on game days...hahaha..Thank you Mike and Thank you Hilton Furniture. You guys were great hope to see you guys again more

ticket number 053427\r We was just passing trhough from galveston and decided to stop by and see what they had the salesman was great showroom was great had alot of great furniture there was no beating around the bush on price and the finacial office easy as pie we were in and out in no time no bs from them loved it and will go back to buy something else would reccomend them to any one. more

Ticket # 053188 Fabulous Service! I recently purchased a mattress set from Hilton. He had us in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes after being VERY patient while I made my selection. He gave me a fabulous price and had everything delivered just hours later. The delivery crew was AWESOME! They helped move my other mattress, fixed my bed frame and even brought an alternate box spring in case I didn't like the low profile version that came with my mattress. Great, great experience. Service - Outstanding, Product/Delivery - Not So Good 12/7/2011

Ticket #052965. Recently purchased a bed and mattress with two nightstands. The sales person was knowledgeable and outstanding. The items were delievered at the end of the time period stated (between 5pm - 9pm) and all of the parts to the bed were not on hand. Another crew had to arrive to complete the bed. Second, the night stands did not match. One was darker than the other. It was taken back to the store and I was informed the next day that it would be at least a week before a matching nightstand would be in stock. more

Ticket # 052712. My husband and I just recently bought a new matress which is so comfortable and a leather sofa and love seat with 4 recliners. We love the products and will be back again. Awesome prices!!!! Our sales guy, Dale, was very helpful and got us the deals we were looking for, and thanks to him we walked out with what we really wanted.Their finance department was spot on, very informative, and professional. After going to 3 other Furniture stores I stopped by Hilton's and walked around a bit. When I walked in Mr. Hilton greeted us.....As we were leaving he asked if we had any further questions, we did. I stopped by Hilton's tonight on the way home. I've been looking on Craiglist for a sleeper sofa for a few weeks, and just couldn't get any responses from any of the people I contacted. B. Dixon greeted me immediately, and helped me to find the last sleeper sofa in the store, since y'all are doing the liquidation sale. He worked with the manager to get me a GREAT deal, and I can't wait to sleep on the new sofa bed tomorrow! My ticket number was 051722. B was GREAT, and very helpful. I hope you'll recognize him for his hard work, even though he's new. more
