After sleeping on an old mattress for so long, my husband and I finally decided we needed a new one. We had checked several different stores but eneded up back at Hilton as before. As always we were met at the door by Hilton and Doug who were smiling and anxious to answer any questions we had. After testing the Paris Jade collection, we were sold... The quality of the mattress is wonderful and the price could not be beat. Everytime we go to Hilton we feel as though we are given the VIP treatment. Because of the service and good pricing of all of Hilton products we will NEVER go to any other store. HILTON AND HIS CREW ROCK.!!! I have had my bed five days and to be honest, I have never slept better then I do now. Thanks for everything Hilton and Doug. more

I went in to Hilton Furniture & Leather Store in November\r looking for bedroom furniture for my daughter's 16th\r birthday present. Hilton himself helped me got me a great deal and threw in a 42 inch flat screen. His staff was amazing, high energy, treated me like family. My daughter loves her furniture. I will be back for more furniture for the rest of my house. My husband and I have been needing a new matress for quite sometime, and we checked out several places that offer the memory foam matress at a reasonable price. We went to Hilton and was greeted very quickly and the salespeople were very nice, and let you browse. We decided on the Paris Jade Collection memory foam mattress. It was the best made for the money, and very comfortable. Couldnt wait to sleep on it, and oh that first night was awesome. I woke up with NO pains in my lower back or my neck and shoulders like I had for the last 2 or so years. It was money well spent. What a pleasant experience. Mr. Hilton was friendly, but professional. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong mattress foundation and Mr. Hilton was so kind about it and ordered the correct foundation and made the delivery at no charge. When we first went into Hilton Furniture and Leather we were a bit apprehensive about the quality and selection. Once we started looking around we found they had a vast selection of furniture in many different styles. As we were looking around we were approached by Tony Mack, and greeted with a very easy atmosphere. His no pressure approach and great customer service put to rest any doubts we had about buying here. In the end we got some great looking furniture and a great deal!!!! Our family visited Hilton Furniture today and had a great experience! We are repeat customers and expected nothing less. As usual we were greeted with friendly faces. In the past we purchased our kids twin bed sets from Hilton as well as our King bed set. Douglas provided excellent customer service. He greeted us and told us to take our time looking around and he'd check back with us. It's nice to shop without having someone hovering over you. He checked with us occasionally to make sure everything was okay and even asked if we'd like something to drink. He then proceeded to bring all five of us a bottle of water. We chose the two Seville full mattress sets and purchased them for our kids rooms. While we lounged on a sofa waiting for the paper work to be completed, Hilton himself walks in and chats with us. He was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with, even though he couldn't give us the Chevy SS parked outside the store!:0) It was a really pleasant experience visiting Hilton and we will DEFINITELY return for our next furniture purchase. more

My wife and I had been looking for three weeks for a mattress. We shopped many stores all over Houston and tested many different styles of mattresses. We finally made a decision on a particular brand and style.\r We went to a mattress store close to home which carried that brand and style but they did not want to ""deal"" very much on price.\r By searching the Internet, we determined other stores that carried that brand and style. It was then that I called ""HILTON FURNITURE & LEATHER"" and actually spoke with the owner ""Hilton"". He quoted me a good price for the mattress and my wife and I proceeded to Hilton's store. \r Hilton was such a pleasure to deal with. He was so respectful with us and we noticed he was that way with his employees. Anyway, long story, short...we bought the mattress, foundation, pillows and mattress protector for a great price. This was Weds, and we wanted the mattress by Friday because our daughter was coming home from college. Hilton called the manufacturer and they said it would be Tues. about 11 months ago my husband and i went to Hilton's to purchase a love seat that matched the leather couch we had. The staff was very friendly and helpful and found what we thought was an exact match to our couch so we ordered the loveseat. After looking more closely at the picture in the catalog the sales rep realized that the cushions were in fact different and contacted us. We went back up to the store and the rep showed us what he had discovered so we decided to cancel out order. This was done within 2 hours of the purchase but i was told there was a cancellation fee of 80.00. This was very upsetting to me as i don't have 80.00 to just give away, but was told that this was standard policy even if the order was cancelled before it was ever even pulled. Needless to say the staff was not forthcoming in giving me a way to contact Mr. Hilton at all as if they knew the transaction of charging me the 80.00 was not something they wanted Mr. Hilton to know about. After calling main office I was told I could not talk to Mr. Hilton but would need to send a letter so I did but never even got a reply so I have not been back since until 1/27/11. We purchased a new mattress and were very pleased with the service quality and price. Still not happy with first experience but this time we felt good about our purchase. more

We purchased our mattress set at Hilton and drove all the way from Spring, TX to do it. We will be revisiting Mr. Hilton and his great staff in the very near future to continue to furnish our home. Mr.Hilton and his staff are professional and are willing to do what it takes for you to leave satisfied. I have shopped at Hilton for the third time and each time is better than the last. This is a very stress free environment to purchase furniture. My mother and I have been searching the area for the best deals on bedroom sets, this was our final stop. Unlike some of the other stores where the sales representatives follow you around, listening intensely to every little decision, our Hilton Furniture sales representative Doug was very friendly and informative. Doug was right around the corner whenever we had a question, without following us around like a lost puppy. We received a great deal on our bedroom set and will be back to Hilton in the future. more

just purchased a recliner ,in the last 12 years or so this is the sixth or seventh time I have bought from Hilton.He sells quailty furniture ,his sales staff ,(thank you Henry Button!) is very knowlegable ,friendly ,fun to buy from and no pressure games to get you to buy.The prices are great and you do not leave wondering ,DID I MAKE THE RIGHT DEAL,?Hilton is there to shake your hand and thank you for coming in,and calls you by name as you leave,they all make you feel special ,not just another doller in the register. I had spent half a day shopping for bedding at three Houston area furniture stores and left without spending a penny, because, sales personel from all three stores had a buy now or pay more tomorrow attitude. Pressure sales.\r I spoke to my son that evening about my day. My sons exact words were "" some of my co-workers have some very nice things to say about hilton furniture""\r The next day my wife and I decided to visit Hilton furniture. We were met at the door by a man named Herman who led us to the bedding area. Herman knew more about bedding than any person I've ever met. He was a true professional and showed respect to my wife and I. No pressure, just professional and respect. During our visit we met other employee's who also knew their business and again showed respect to the customer.\r Needless to say we purchased our bedding from Hilton. From themoment we walked into Hilton's and until the bedding was delivered and set up in my home we received nothing bur excellent service, professional service and respect with no pressure to buy anything. The sales rep was even able to lower the prices by a third due to the scratch and dent sale taking place 1/21/2011-1/24/2011. Hilton was ready and willing to ensure we left happy andf fully satisfied upon our entry into the Gulf Freeway location. I am a member of St. John's UMC-Downtown on Crawford and Grey Street and he remembered! I have made prior purchases before and referred 3 other's who all made purchases as well. So of course I have returned! Yesterday (1/17/11) was the 3rd time in 2 months I have purchased furniture from Hilton Furniture. Tony was our sales associate for two of the three times we went and I have nothing but great things to say about him. He was very professional and great with my two kids (ages 3 & 5). Hilton, the owner, was in the store yesterday and he was extremely engaging and wonderfully open to talking to my husband and I. Not once have I had an issue with Hilton's pricing. I am completely satisfied with my three experinces with Hilton. I will definitely be using Hilton in the future. more
