What a nice place! My sister & I stopped in looking for living room furniture for our Mom. This was our 4th & final stop! As soon as we walked in we felt very welcome!! Our sales lady, Dee, was very understanding of our needs! Needless to say we purchased the furniture here. Also we were greeted by ""Mr. Hilton"". What a wonderful person! He was working right along with everyone else! Thank you all for turning a dreary day happy! more

This was our first experience with Hilton Furniture and things could not have gone more smoothly. Our representative, Doug, was very upbeat, pleasant, understanding, and accomodating.\r We easily found what we wanted, in the price range we were looking for. Doug got us approved, and it was all that simple.\r No one was overbearing or pushy. We took our time making a decision about what WE wanted. This was our very first purchase with Hilton Furniture and I must say it was one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences ever! \r \r We were looking for a new bed ---- when shopping the other 'big guys' we weren't finding much of a selection. We also weren't finding much in our price range...\r After a tip from my mother THAT morning, we went to Hilton... Within minutes we saw something we both agreed on and our salesman showed up right on time. \r DOUG was awesome! He asked us what we liked and said he would take care of us. I must admit, we were both a little skeptical, having heard that before and walking out empty handed...\r Doug was not pushy at all as he educated us on 'The Hilton Way'and showed us different mattresses we were interested in. We were in the store less than an hour and had already made up our minds.\r He gave us a deal so sweet, we couldn't believe it! I asked him to pinch me because I thought it was just too good to be true! Great quality furniture and an even better deal!\r Later on, that very same night, we were sleeping on our new 'Paris Jade Collection' mattress in our new beautiful big bed! Thanks Hilton! more

This was my second purchase from Hilton. 5 years ago I purchased an entire living room set, and matress from Hilton. I moved, and wanted new couches, so I decided to swing by. I shopped at a few other places before I went in, because I knew I could get a better deal at Hilton, but I wanted to get an idea of what color and style I wanted. I was instantly greeted, and Tony (my salesman) was not pushy at all. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes, with my new couches scheduled to be delivered that night (I purchased at 5:00 PM, and still same day delivery!)\r \r I will be back again when I need more furniture! \r \r Thanks so much! more

I went to hilton furniture to get a futon mattres. It was the place i went that had them. anyways wen i went in the helped me and i only had rolled up change to pay with. bank would not cash it cuz i had no bank account. they were nice enought to let me pay them with rolled up change. Thank god and thank victor. Plus they gave my daughter a toy!! it was a great experience! they were fast to help me and even tied the mattress onto my suv. i would off not been able too. thank u again!!!!!!!! more

Today I called and spoke with, Hilton, about a mattress. He was so very pleasant, professional, and helpful. He really took the time to make sure that my questions were answered. I had plans on going to another furniture store until I spoke with him. I was so impressed by his manner, that I did not bother going to the other store. From the moment I walked into Hilton's store, I was greeted by a very nice sales associate and she directed me to Hilton, as he had told me to ask for him. Hilton then asked one of his sales associates to show me to the mattresses and I was also impressed with him. The store has a lot of beautiful furniture, but what impressed me the most was the care that everyone took in giving excellent customer service; from Hilton himself all the way to the nice gentleman that loaded my 2 mattresses onto my truck.\r \r Thank you, Hilton! more

On 11/22/2010 I made an inquiry about the temper pedic mattress, with in 24 hours I got a call from Brooke. She was so pleasant to talk to, I was explained all the information and even got my questions answered right away, no delay. I went to Hilton Furniture & Leather on Black Friday, I thought it would be crazy, but to my surprise I was greeted with an enthusiastic ""Hello Welcome to Hilton Furniture & Leather, my name is Frank. What can I help you find today?"" WOW!!! Frank gave me a WOW factor. I explained to him what I wanted and needed from a bed, he took me right to them the beds and explained the difference to me. I explained to him I was not sure how high my credit was, but he just said ""Don't worry, we will take care of you."" He went on to explain all of the ways to help in plain English, NO MUMBO JUMBO! I like that. I got the bed I wanted and needed and it was delivered the next day and to top it off the deliver personal were early, very professional, kind, and they knew what they were doing. ****This is great customer service at it's best!**** more

This was the first time to Hilton Furniture; on my sister's recommendation. \r I was greeted and made to feel welcome, but wasn't hovered over. T.Mack was great, very helpful and personable. They had a wide selection and it was in stock! I found what I was looking for and got a GREAT deal.\r When they came to deliver, they called several times to make sure I was there. I have gone to every store around houston and for the last five yrs every peice in my house is from Hilton Furniture. You get the best service and every thing is solid wood. My boyfriend and I bought a house and searched everywhere for furniture. We went to Hilton and will continue going there!! We were welcomed from the second we walked through the doors, and enjoyed every minute of buying what we did. The people were awesome and Doug was FABULOUS!! He worked with us, was patient, and was very up front!! He didn't treat us like some random people walking in just to buy furniture. Doug wanted to actually build that relationship, which tells a lot.. it means he's not just trying to make the sale and move on!! We have been back a few times to buy more furniture, and Doug remembers us !! It felt good to know we weren't just another sale, and will be returning for that reason!! We have been back a few times, and will continue to shop there!! more

This past Saturday me and my fiance and kids went shopping for a bedroom suite. We have been comparing prices all day. We went into Hilton Furniture and saw a bedroom set that was just right in price. We didn't make the decision then, we ended up going to check out three more stores. The prices were more then we wanted to spend so then we went back to Hilton Furniture. We were greeted again with the saleman we had from when we first went there. He was very helpful and made the transaction easy and fast. We want to say thank you Hilton furniture for having a great salesman as the saleman we had. Our son's birthday was coming up and we were looking for a TV, but we had recently been involved in a car accident. We live on the South end of town and were headed towards Gallery Furniture after hearing the deals on TV's. Our injuries keep us from going to far for to long. We were dreading the 50 mile drive. We remembered Hilton Furniture and decided to stop there instead. Good decision. We were greated upon entry and our salesman showed us the TVs. The ""no credit check"" option was an easy process. Our salesman was good, no pressure. Hilton's owner was hussling around and working like a teen ager. Gave us some energy. We were out of the door in 30 minutes total. Great Experience! more

We just bought a dining set from Hilton Furniture! After going to several furniture stores we finally were able to get the one we really wanted! Their no credit check is awesome, we walked in with all the info they needed and we got our dining set! Will DEFINATLY return for ALL my furniture purchases!!!!!! Thumbs up!!!!!!
