This review is for: FINE TUNING

I've been a customer of Fine Tuning Performance for a couple of years now. Chris and his staff have handled everything I've thrown at them brilliantly and efficiently; everything from routine tune-ups to troublesome little diagnostic problems (that other shops had failed to solve) to complete engine and drive train rebuilds. The technical knowledge and expertise and sheer, raw intelligence in this shop simply stands out from the rest of the VW/Audi shops! Couple that with an unfailingly dedicated determination to fix things - and fix them right - and you have an unbeatable combination. Prices are more than competitive with other local independent shops - and well below dealer prices. Chris stands behind his work 100% and on those rare occasions something gets missed, he addresses it promptly and without excuses or arguments. In response to the previous poster's comments about Fine Tuning Performance being unreliable, there was indeed a brief (fortunately) period where some of the staff were dropping the ball and not handling service requests and coordination well. Chris reacted quickly and fixed the problem completely. All aspects of Fine Tuning Performance service is now back up to their previous level of excellence!
