Not bad, for Seattle

Friday, July 15, 2005
Having lived in Phoenix for 8 years where getting good Mexican food is as easy as finding water in Seattle, it has been a bit of a transition getting used to the mostly bland Seattle Mexican food. I'd have to put Rosita's closer to the "tex-mex" than real Mexican end of the spectrum, but the food is tasty, the tomatillio salsa is addictive and the fresh tortillas are a nice touch. Also, the drinks can really pack a punch.
