Our little girl of 16 yrs passed away at 5:30pm and did not know what we were going to do. I called Oak Crest and talked to Philp Donatelli and asked what arrangements we could make and found out that he was closing in 10 minutes. I told my wife I could take her tomorrow at 7:30am but she was too upset to wait. I called Philip back and he was so understanding he said he would wait for us. He showed so much compassion and respect, that I will never forget.\r
