First I got a coolant flush and my thermostat done. When I got vehicle back my radiator and overflow tank were bone dry. I brought this to their attention and they admitted no fault and chalked it up to a ""belch"". OK, no big deal. Went to Auto Zone bought coolant and filled it up myself. Then a few moths later I had my intake done. After noticing my car was driving funny I cracked my hood and noticed my car was leaking fuel due improper installation of an O ring. The next day my check engine light went on and I brought it in. Once again they admitted no fault and didn't acknowledge the fuel leak. They said it was due to an oxygen sensor, but when I got my car back the fuel lead was magically gone. Well a couple weeks later I brought my car into my dealership and they informed me that my oxygen sensor was bad and they couldn't replace under my warranty because the one I had Douglas replace was faulty! My car ran like a dream until I brought it in to this place and now I'm going to trade it in because of all the bad work these guys did.
