I have been tanning at Seattle Sun Tan for years and I have definitely have seen an amazing improvement in the staff. The girls are amazing and knowledgeable, a little pushy at times, but it's apart of their job. I have never had such a homely atmosphere at a shop before Seattle Sun Tan, they try to get to know their staff because they know the importance of good customer service. The girls build you a plan and if you stick to it your money goes a long way there. I am surprised there are such terrible reviews and felt the need to post something great about it because it really isn't as bad as people are putting it out to be. The pre-paid packages are spendy, but they last you months. So if you think about it your money stretches here. I've been reading the comments and it just doesn't surprise me that they burnt somebody, it's a tanning bed, sometimes you burn. I'm sure they didn't intensionally go out of their way to burn you. I just know from personal experience that they are very careful about how long they put you in the beds for and you must've said something to make them do otherwise, because if I suggest myself to go in full time and I haven't been in they always recommend me go in less.. ALWAYS. Not once has one of them just let me go into the bed. So anyone who is reading the reviews the staff is very friendly, they never once have not greeted me at the door, and they are always there to help you. SO DON'T BE SCARED!
