After a horrible experience with David's Bridal in which they told us one thing over the phone and promptly denied ever saying anything and even blamed my fiance and future mother in law of mishearing what they said on the phone, we took my dress over to the House of Fashion. It had been 4 years since I purchase my wedding dress and it needed to be altered obviously. David's Bridal made me lose 2 weeks of time before my wedding and made me come into their shop and try on my dress only to tell me they 'couldn't' work on my dress. After calling a bunch of places, we happened upon HoF and they were incredibly professional and helpful. Instead of having to buy a new dress, they were able to install a beautiful corset back which I had been wanting. Ramona is extremely knowledgeable with the dresses and Beth was just as friendly and helpful as possible. Thank you ladies for bringing a silver lining to my almost tragedy.
