Please do yourself a favor and do not rent an apartment at the Forum. My son and his roommates got bed bugs in their apartment and immediately moved out while it was being treated. 3 months (and multiple exterminator treatments) later they still had them. Finally their lease was up and they were able to stop paying for an apartment that they weren't living in. This appears to be a very big problem there. The boys had to throw away most of their furniture for fear that they would take the bed bugs with them to their new apartment. We should have believed previous reviews about this problem. Please don't make the same mistake we did.
