First: Note that the positive reviews tend to be clustered around the same dates, time periods -- clearly not written by actual customers.
This company has 16 complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau!! That says something.
More to the point, the orders were screwed up, and the food was sub-par - I guess if you give small portions of lousy food, people will lose weight! Cancellation is made impossible, because the people that work there are either malicious or incompetent. There is no reasonable person working there, and they never followed through on what they said they would do.
I've dealt with a lot of bad customer service in New York, but this was about the worst, unpleasant experience I have had. I wouldn't believe anything these people say, about their food or anything else.
Stay away from this company if you're smart!
