I went to the draper location. I was looking for someone experienced to do a cut and color, my hair is very long and thick so it's no easy task. Basically I recieved everything I asked her not to do. Theresa did it, she was very nice and personalble but lacked the skills required to do this kind of job. I asked for chunks, I got a small weave of brown on one side, and strips on the other. Not only that she dyed every single hair so I have no natural color anymore and in some parts she colored my roots brown and the rest blonde. It's a total mess! She wanted me to come back to fix one part she noticed but when I got home that night there is a monstorousity of color all over the back! Not only that but she ruined my shirt too! It was $118 bucks! I am totally annoyed and dissatisfyed. Chris the owner is going to try to fix it next week so we'll see but I don't recommend Theresa at least not for complicated dye jobs!
Pros: Staff was friendly, good atmosphere.
Cons: The workmanship!!
