I thought I didn't LIKE sushi and then I discovered Edo Sushi in the Safeway shopping center on Reisterstown Road! Oh My! Now - I am addicted to the stuff!
They have a special roll called the Owings Mills Roll (it isn't on the menu so ask for it). It has spicy crab, avocado, salmon and shrimp tempura topped with pine nuts and a yummy citrus sauce. This will convert the most anti-sushi person to get on board.
The staff is as nice as you can be (I think they worry if they don't see me at least once a week) and the atmosphere is cozy, yet modern.
