Unbelievable - hired to cater an event in Eau Claire and they show up with only 2/3 of the amount of food needed. They left us in a situation where we were embarrassed and had to refund money to guests AND they billed us for both the original food and the extra that they finally showed up with AFTER the event was over. Seriously?! I mean mistakes happen, but you call that customer service?! Buyer beware.
