Arranged to have car looked at. 3 phone calls including confirming a loaner but once I get there they lie telling me it's a half day and they can't do it. The manager apologized after complaining, but once a liar.....why trust them with your vehicle if they lie? You can't how would you know if what they say really needs to be done? Spend your hard earned money wisely...somewhere else!
