I feel ripped off by this company too! Virtually the exact same thing as the other poster! I was told to agree to a loan they offered me at a whopping 11.5% and was told that as long as I make payments without fail, within 6 months, I will surely be able to get another loan at a much lower rate. I followed their advice and 8 months later called back. I was told that they can do nothing for me. more

I was completely jipped by this company several years ago. I agreed to an outrageously higher secondary loan rate, because I was told that I could refinance in 6 months as long as I "be good" with all my finances. I followed all they advised me to do to the letter and 6 months roll by and they refused to do anything. Why not, they already got the commission the first time around. Thanks a lot. Pros: Convenient location. Cons: Gave standard response to my questions and had no intention of honoring them. more
