Run Tex

I went into Runtex one weekend looking for a good pair of running shoes. I had just taken up running and did not know what to look for. I just knew my tennis shoes hurt. So the team at Runtex measured and measured and went through all the different options I had. We finally chose a pair we all thought would be comfortable. I got them home and ran in them for a couple of days and they were not comfortable. So I took them back. The employees were awesome...they did not give me a hassle even though I had worn the shoes. They again went through a ton of shoes and spent at least 45 minutes with me and in the end I got the most comfortable pair of running shoes. I almost prefer them to barefoot. The team at Runtex has always gone above and beyond. more

Runtex is the running shoes store, they have a large variety of running shoes. The stuff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they would like to help you choose your perfect shoes, and they also like to tell you lots of knowledge about which is perfect for your feet. But their shoes are expensive, I think maybe because it is unique. So if you would like to choose a professional running shoes, go for it. more

Runtex is an Austin / Round Rock exclusive store, they over an experienced approach to your feet. This isn’t a famous foot wear store! My girlfriend has purchased a few pairs of shoes from Runtex over the past 3 years. These people know shoes, and feet for that matter. They are very friendly and this is the type of place you should go to if you’d like to take care of your feet. They will gladly take your measurements and give you suggestions for shoes in your price range. The store houses a great variety of shoes and like I said, the staff are what really sell the product. RunTex University, a sub part of Runtex, offers a ton of classes and training programs for triathlons or occasional walkers. more
