University Realty company managed a property that I was leasing. The service was only ok. This is mostly due to the fact that the company employs college students. They did not come into the office until late on the weekends, they ignored management requests that came through email, they BS'd us through situations, and they took forever to send anyone out to fix problems. They also tended to put me on hold for long periods of time if I had the slightest twinge annoyance in my voice. If you are a student, you probably wouldn't notice these problems. But being a real adult in the real adult world, the quality of service does not stand up. Avoid properties they manage if you can.

I bought baby blankets from the store and had them embroidered with their names on it. The cost was very reasonable. The owner was very nice and was able to meet my deadline on such a short notice.

My dog was a patient at Arbor Animal Clinic for over a year. The veternarians at Arbor are very thorough and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly and nice. I really disliked how they were never on time. Having to wait with a dog that was already nervous and upset, was just miserable. To make matters even worse, the rooms they made you wait in were so hot and cramped.

After being dissatisfied with my old veterinarian clinic, I decided to call around and ask for prices. I was very shocked to hear how much the prices differed from clinic to clinic. Balcones Animal clinic is very close to my house and was one of the least expenive, so I decided to give it a try. My dog has been going there for over a year now and I have been very satisfied. The offices are very clean and airy.

Being the procrastinator that I am, I forgot to order flowers for my mother's 65th birthday. I remembered at the last minute and ran to Always & Forever Florist. They were very accomodating and said they would help me out in a pinch. I came back later on that day and they had the most gorgeous floral arrangement for my mother. I was very pleased with their work and how they were willing to help me in my emergency.

It was very important that they were done correctly because the awards were going to be presented to the kids in front of a large crowd. The staff at the store were very friendly and gave me suggestions about what I should order and what I should engrave on them. The awards were finished in a very timely manner and I was very impressed with their quality. The price was very reasonable, too.

My favorite watch was not working properly and I took it into this repair shop. Turns out that it was just a battery that needed replacing. I felt so stupid, but the clerk told me that it happens all the time. He said that I should be happy that it was something so simple. He was very nice and understanding. I bought a battery there and he installed it for me. The price was very reasonable.

Cothron's Safe and Lock has a great staff who takes care of their customers with a down home attitude. They took my order for some file cabinet keys over the phone, and had them ready by the time I got there to pick them up. They have a huge selection of locks and the staff was very helpful in selecting a lock that would work for the purpose I need, and not rust out like all the other locks I have tried.
