Great PHO! 10/21/2002

I love PHO - great dish for a cold or rainy day. I especially like the seafood soup with rice noodles. Great soups for great value. However the staff is not too friendly and I sometimes feel like being watched by prison guards. Very strange. But who's complaining - soups are good- price is right. Also try the vietnamese spring roll. more
