Calling from a company to update our information. This front office person does not give her name and is very condescending. She is rude to an extreme without reason. I called back twice and she hung up on me. When I called a third time she put the phone to the answering service. She may be in charge of the front office, but I'm afraid if many more people have to put up with her his patient's will taper off. No one likes to be talked down to or treated like they are not worth her time. She needs to be replaced. Pros: None Yet Cons: His employee that answers the phone more

I have been seeing Dr. Pardys for a number of years for a few differnet chronic and acute ailments. He is both my GP and gastro doctor. I think he's very good at what he does. His advice and diagnoses have always been correct. He is caring and skillful, and takes the time to listen to you. Pros: excellent care, good communication, no BS more

I more or less agree with the last post. Dr. Pardys is fine when you can get to see him, but his receptionist/admin person is terrible. Makes me want to switch to another PCP just because of the service you receive prior to even seeing the Dr. Pros: Quality of Care Cons: Parking, Office Staff more

I have been a patient of record in Dr. Pardys office for several years, and his referral doctors have been exceptional. It was not until recently that I received exceptionally poor service from his office staff. Since I travel frequently for client consultancy engagements, I phoned ahead for a follow-up visit with my general practitioner (Dr. Pardys) for a traumatic injury that had been treated in an ER in New York City three weeks prior. After flying home for the weekend, I drove 65 miles to be in the doctor's office on time the following Monday, and had to catch a flight back to Princeton for a meting with a client immediately after my visit. I was referred to Dr. Pardys after having general physicians who could't provide the proper care, refused to refer, or were just flat out inept. Dr. Pardy's will spend the time with you and not rush you He stays thoroughly up to date on your health and coordinates with other physicians. He has made several referals to specialists and has been instrumental in getting me the care I need instead of brushing off my complaints and concerns. Referrals are provided readily to very good specialists in the community. His staff is available and returns messages fairly promptly and Dr. Pardy's has been available via phone when I've needed tp speak with him. He's a doctor well worth considering as your primary, and in my experience is tuned into many of the best specialists in SF.
