I recently discovered a fun little store called Foster's that I think you'll fancy. Located in old city Philly, the store offers all kinds of fun things for your home and office and lots of great gift ideas. I love their furnishings from Josh Owen and their cooking classes are a lot of fun! You will be suprised 2/13/2006

Foster's Urban Home ware is located in the trendy community of Old City Philadelphia. This store offers a variety of unique home ware. It defiantly is not the regular products you would find in every day stores. The merchandise has wonderful character. Most recently I purchased a box that was hand painted with little dogs on it. I also have found beautiful glassware as well. There are many great treasures to be found in the store so take your time an explore. The prices really are not terribly high and the staff has great attitudes. more

really neat home store 10/20/2005

Fosters Urban Homeware is a really neat home store. The stop houses a vast array of things for you home – they pretty much have a little of everything. This is a great place to pick up gifts because you can get big gifts, like furniture or glassware sets, or pick up something small like homemade soap. You could browse around for a long time and find lots of things you just must have. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. more

Cool home decor shop 8/6/2005

This is an absolutely cool home decor shop, right in Old City. They have *everything* you would need to decorate your apartment and then throw your house warming party afterwards: plates, bowls, glasses, wastebaskets, lamps, curtains, vases, bathroom stuff, kitchen stuff, etc... This is a super place to find a gift because everything is chic, but there are plenty of things under $50, under $40, under $30 and so on. more
