Large, funky paintings are a sure-bet here. But whatever you find, you will surely be the only onw who owns it. Service is very friendly.

Most of the stuff here are small furniture and home decor items, but they also carry personal items such as jewelry, wallets, bags, totes, and sometimes even sandals! Everything is chic and different. This is a great place to find a last minute gift for a picky person.

Their gift boxes are beautiful and a great gift for co-workers and clients. This is one Reading Terminal Market counter that is jam-packed with products.

They carry local foods and candies, including locally produced chocolate and yogurt covered pretzels, chocolates, and specialty roasted nuts. They also have locally made crafts and soaps. They also have souvenirs and books on the area. My favorite stuff here are the cinammon-covered pecans made by Society Hill Nut Co. Delicious!

This counter at Reading Terminal Market is fantastic. They carry a large variety of artisanal cheeses, as well as a huge variety of French, Italian, and Spanish cheeses. They always have five to ten cheese specials if you buy more than a pound; Brie and Manchego are often included in these specials. This place gets a lot of business, so the cheeses are fresh. This store carries gorgeous and exclusive baby, toddler and kid's clothes, classic toys (lots of wood toys and soft stuffed toys), and nursery decorations. The trouble here is how to avoid getting too carried away and spending mucho moolah for little clothes that will be outgrown in a couple of months. Quality is superb, you won't find uncomfortable polyesters or tacky appliques here!

Besides being an extensive flower shop (about double the size of any flower shop in Center City), this store has a nursery plant section with an awesome variety of plants and flower pots. The staff is genuinely nice and helpful, and are happy to recommend plants that will do well in your environment. In the Spring, they always get a huge shipment of plants for window flower pots, as well as herbs. Prices are competitive, maybe $1 more for a group of annuals than at Home Depot, but the quality of the plants is great. They also carry containers and materials for window boxes.

The doctors in this practice are all very professional and thorough. As with any practice, there are some that you will like more than others, but everyone here is pretty consistent. Appointment times are respected, only once were they running behind more than a few minutes, which is great considering the number of emergencies and delays that OB/GYNs encounter. Note that their name is actually PEnn OB/GYN *and* Midwifery Associates and you do not have to see a Midwife if you prefer not to. Overall, I certainly recommend this practice.

This dental practice has a staff of various dentists and hygienists. They honor appointment times: I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my check ups. The waiting room is spacious. More importantly, the equipment looks new and maintained and the hygienist do a thorough job getting your teeth cleaned. Only downside is that they always offer the $25 remineralizing teeth treatment that is not covered by insurance.
