I recently completed a year long remodel in which everything in the house was replaced. I can say without a doubt that the staff at Fashion Floors were the nicest, most competent people that I dealt with during the entire remodel. They were patient and had great suggestions for my carpet, tile, and wood flooring. Any time I had a question or concern, they immediately responded - not just with a phone call, but often showing up at the house in person. The installers that they use showed up on time, worked very carefully and did an outstanding job. They also cleaned up every bit of any mess they had to make, which it seems is very rare when it comes to contractors. It was such a pleasure to work with these people that I feel like I made new friends. I would (and have) highly recommend Fashion Floors. We loved the Forbo Marmolium product from the Netherlands. It's beautiful and earth friendly. Sadly, we chose a dealer that was incompetent and unable to install it correctly. This product comes in 7' wide sections, and is supposed to be seamlessly joined in a procedure called ""welding"". No heat or torches are used, as it's a chemical process. \r \r Fashion Floors had no idea of the proper procedure. To this day we stare at a gaping seam in the middle of the floor. It did not help our confidence that the installers came out in some old paint faded van with no name on the side. Obliviously they were contractors, and probably not correctly trained for this product. Oh, did I mention it took almost six months to get this floor installed? And should I add how many calls I made to get this moving forward? Sorry if I sound bitter, but I am. \r \r Don't turn away from the Forbo product, as it's beautiful and durable, and a great choice for a floor covering. Do avoid inexperienced and poorly trained technicians like those employed by Fashion Floors. As they say, it's the service AFTER the sale that counts. I had a problem with some carpeting that Fashion Floors had installed. After my initial calls I was passed off to a salesman who offered to sell me new carpet at a $200 discount. Store management did not speak with nor contact me again. When I tried to set an appt to meet with the owner to discuss my concerns, he was incredibly rude and short with me. Quote from owner, ""What is it that you expect??"" Real nice. I walked away - I'll pay another business to correct this problem before I spend another dime at Fashion Floors. I do not recommend Fashion Floors to anyone. Cons: Rude owner, poor customer service, poor service after the sale, poor quality product more

This is the rudest sales staff I have encountered... as member of the design trade - I will not be using this vendor for any client jobs and recommend you dont either! more

The salesperson (while sitting in the same room with our dog) assurred us that the expensive wood floor would stand up to our dog, maybe with a ""few minor scratches"". A few months later, the floor is covered with scratches, some deep. it is trashed. Fashion Floors blames us because we have a dog, the store hangs up the phone on us about another (unrelated)problem with the floor, and the salesperson swears that she tried to talk us out of the floor.
