These guys installed woven bamboo flooring in our house last year and we wanted to order the same floor for 3 other rooms. The website is still up, but when we went to the showroom today - it was empty. The phone number doesn't work. There's no sign indicated that they moved or closed down.
Does anyone know what happened? I think they were one of the better companies in town.
Pros: Had a great experience last year.
Cons: Showroom is empty, phone doesn't work. No explanation sign.

I have truly never seen anyone with better knowledge in this field. I have remodeled many homes. Hopefully this will be the last. This company and Sherry worked very hard for me to make sure I recieved the best quality for the money. I have referred many people to this company and noone has ever been dissapointed. I wil continue to referr after my very recent experience.

The Carpet Stop has a very diverse flooring selection for all budget levels which is nice. I beleive they will price match, but I have never found that to be an issue. They always seem to be lower in price than others carpet stores.
Be prepared, they have a huge selection of flooring choices, so plan on taking some time to select what you want. You won’t feel rushed while in the selection process and the employees are extremely knowledgeable, so if you don’t know exactly what you need -- feel free to consult with them.
Their installers are quick to schedule an appointment and are truly skilled.
We have used this company several times for our carpeting needs and find them very honest. Everything is the quality that they told us and we couldn't be happier.

They DO NOT stand behind it - or maybe they stand behind it so far you cannot see them.
It is not a slip proof surface as noted by the two people who slipped on my driveway about two weeks after I had my Sundek installed and during a light rain.

It can quickly start to look bad, stained by oak, air pollutants, etc.
And, while they say you can power wash it, my rinky dink power washer-which could not be called that by any serious person, went thru the top layer. When the Sundek rep came out, acknowledging the low power power washer, he did not give me any break on resurfacing the decking even though their product obviously had not held up to their claims.
Their product is expensive and it does not stand up to their claims. Find something else!

I would highly recommend finding someone else to do your job. Sells a great sells pitch but does not follow through with his word. Work looks horrible! Refuses to take his trash with him. Argues about everything and complains to you the entire time doing the job. Does not want to come out to fix his mess ups. He was supposed to come out 2 different times to fix his problems and never showed up either time. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else!
