As they say, it's the service AFTER the sale that counts. I had a problem with some carpeting that Fashion Floors had installed. After my initial calls I was passed off to a salesman who offered to sell me new carpet at a $200 discount. Store management did not speak with nor contact me again. When I tried to set an appt to meet with the owner to discuss my concerns, he was incredibly rude and short with me. Quote from owner, ""What is it that you expect??"" Real nice. I walked away - I'll pay another business to correct this problem before I spend another dime at Fashion Floors. I do not recommend Fashion Floors to anyone.
Cons: Rude owner, poor customer service, poor service after the sale, poor quality product
