Food was good, came quickly, but they didn't give us the chicken caesar salad as requested in our order. Then we contacted eat24hours who contacted the restaurant who told them they would send the driver over with the salad. We then got a call from the restaurant stating that they no longer give the option of chicken caesar salad with that entree and that they'd contact eat24hours to correct this mistake for future orders.
Essentially, they told eat24hours what they wanted to hear and then called us to let us know were were getting nothing for their mistake. Normally you'd expect them to correct this error in any way possible, especially after admitting the error was all theirs.
