I live some distance from San Francisco and have used Church Street florist twice. What a delightful business! The flowers are amazing - look just picked from the garden. I can't thank you enough for your wonderful service. Both my calls were last minute and I was well accommodated with lovely choices and pricing. Thank you, Church Street Florist! What A Disappointment! 4/30/2008

My sweetie ordered a special bouquet to symbolize our relationship. He's from out of state, and he called this shop because of all the great reviews. The arrangement was creative, and included unusual flowers, but it was much too dark. When I first saw it, I thought it was meant for a funeral. It needed at least a few light flowers for contrast. But what's worse, the flowers started wilting and petals started dropping after only 2 days. I've gotten flowers that looked fresh after 2 weeks! My sweetie spent a lot of money, and we were both looking forward to this. The whole experience left a very sour taste in my mouth. I'll never trust this shop again. Planning a wedding? This is your place! 11/6/2006

I found Church Street Flowers almost a year ago on Citysearch when I was searching for a florist for our wedding. They absolutely live up to their reputation. I gave them the location of the ceremony and reception- they've done so many weddings that they were already familiar with both and created arrangements to perfectly compliment every aspect of the locations and integrated the flowers perfectly with the colors of the wedding. If you're like I am, and don't know much about wedding flowers, they'll guide you through the process and you can trust their taste if you don't have arrangements in mind, though they were open to any and all suggestions as the date got closer. They only do one wedding a week, and spend the week picking flowers just for you. It also doesn't hurt that they're great and fun to work with. What else can I say? They were flawless! KIND and knowledgable staff! 9/1/2006

Person who answered the phone was extremely professional and made our job of picking a flower arrangement easy. It took us at most 10 minutes to order our flowers and will deliver the same day---during a holiday weekend!!!! Seemed to easily understand what we were looking for. These guys are the best. Pretty much the nicest people on the planet, and they create the most beautiful flower arrangements - I just tell them what I'm looking for - they ask a few questions, then they take it from there. I'll never buy flowers from anyone else, EVER!!!! They make my girlfriend SMILE :-) Pros: uh, everything Cons: there are none more

Michael and Thom have a real "vision" that they employ once they meet you. Our flowers were magnificent: understated, seasonal, colorful, exactly what we wanted. Loved working with them! I have been to a lot of florists, and this one is by far the best flower shop that I have ever been to!!! They have flowers that I have never seen before and they are presented in such a lovely way! There is no other comparison. The staff is amazingly talented, and very friendly. I definitely recommend this florist with rave reviews. The amazing selection of flowers the owners' pick on a bidaily basis is truly a magnificent sight. I go there for the beauty and leave with a smile because of the funny and friendly staff. Great service and beautifyl flowers! 5/26/2006

Tom and his crew at Church Street are great. I used them for my wedding and they did an amazing job. The flowers were perfect, beautifully arranged and the bouquets lasted for over a week ? even the delicate flowers. They listen to their customers and also make recommendations if what you want is not in season or not a good choice for what you want. more

I called from out of town after seeing the website. They helped me decide on an arrangement that would have the effect I wanted, and were very patient about altering it when I called back 15 minutes later with a new idea! The professional staff at Church Street flowers imported my order for Tube Roses from out of the country because they weren't available locally, buying five bundles to be able to pick out my dozen. They are always courteous and really seem to care about their work. I go to them because I know I won't be disappointed by bad service. more

Fours years and still coming back... 2/18/2006

I've used Church Street Flowers for the past four years and every single time I've had them put something together, it's been spectacular. I'm not a flower guy, and only know some of the basics of picking and choosing flowers for arrangements or mixed-cut. This is all the more reason I've kept coming back. I call in, explain the circumstances around the flower purchase and they do the rest. When I pick up the arrangements I am blown away by what is created. It is an art, and Church Street Flowers are pure artists. Pros: Artistic, Great Service, Incredibly nice more

Magnificent 11/11/2005

In todays world if you can find a shop where you like what their selling that's great. If you can afford what their selling that's even better. And finally if the people in the shop are so super cool to you that it makes you want to tell the whole wide world about them, well that's shopping nirvana. That's Church Street flowers. I have been to this shop several times now. Each time they had an exquisite selection of flowers, listened to what I wanted and were incredibly friendly. Best of all the prices are completely reasonable. I don't even live in the City but will go to Church's for my flowers whenever time permits. A fabulous experience that puts a smile on my face each time I step in the store. more

Tom, Michael and Stephanie are the most amazing people to work with at Church Street Flowers. Out of all my wedding vendors, I think Church Street Flowers was my favorite. Tom and Michael really have an artistic gift in creating beautiful arrangements and every single person at the wedding as well as complete strangers complemented my husband and myself on how beautiful the flowers were.
