After 6 months, I still dont have a contact lens perscription. They are quick to collect as much money as possible ($170 additional JUST for contact lens exam - after collecting from insurance for exam for glasses). They charge for things without telling you and then tell you AFTER the fact. They say they order lenses for you to try, but weeks later they're still not there. You get one story from manager that manufacturer can't find order but when asked to talk to supervisor (Dr. Chang) she says that it's on backorder. I ask her to check with the manager, she gets one story but then again goes back to backorder. \r

All these people want to do is take as much money as they can. Weeks pass before contacts come in - if ever come in. \r

Noone seems to know what the other is doing. Customer is left out in cold. \r

I have worn contacts for over 25 years and never EVER have I encountered such lack of competence, pure greed and disregard for customers.
