Called to get my prescription refilled for soft contacts, I was told I needed to make an appt, but they had no openings. I asked to refill the last soft contact prescription and was told they wouldn't do it. I asked why not, she said it was a legal issue. I told her there was no legal issue preventing them from ordering more soft contacts for me so I could continue to see. They just want your money and are not interested in helping anyone out. This is a recession and they are a greedy operation.
