These guys were out working during the 2014 storm, and was able to get a door glass installed for a low price. They met up with me at my work and were only an hour late... pretty damn good on a snowy day! more

I needed a windshield replaced as I am a limo driver and an appointment was due next week for a wedding! I called them and in less than an hour they showed up. Installation was about fifteen minutes and they left without a mess. I recommend this company over any other! more

At my age I have seen it all when it comes to customer service. These are local hard working family men. They got right to it , and did a fine good job. Go Generals LG Pros: Took car of my car as if it was one of their own. Cons: Cant wash my car for a few days. more

""GREAT SERVICE!!! After my window was smashed out on Memorial Day week end so someone could steal my GPS I called AGS. Jaret from AGS answered the phone, even though he was at home having a BBQ. Set up a appt. for Tuesday morning. Asked that he called from driveway instead of coming to house as I have 6 doxies that would have barked so much that no one would be able to hear. They were prompt, quick, showed up when promised, made the call as promised and were great examples of customer service. They provided the best price to me of the 5 places I called. I used the AGS guys who are on Lombard St in North Portland, for a windshield replacement for my '03 Subaru Forester. They were great - showed up on time (10:08 in the 10am-to-noon time window they'd given me), an efficient team of 2 guys in a well-equipped van, replaced the windshield & gasket in a half hour, and gave me a price lower than any of the 3 quotes that I'd seen on the web. The windshield looks perfect now, and ABSOLUTELY spotless - I can't believe how clear the whole world looks while I'm driving! They even moved my parking stickers and little rear-windshield decorations to the new windshield. Nice guys, courteous & professional. Highly recommended & I would definitely use them again. more

I was referred to Auto Glass Solutions by a friend who had used them before after my window was broken during a break in. Much to my surprise, they answered the phone on a Sunday morning and scheduled me for first thing on Monday. They came during the time frame they told me, replaced the window, and cleaned up the mess of glass shards in and around my car. It was cleaner than it was before. I am happy that my friend told me about them and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Pros: Quick and professional. Cons: None! more

They came during the time frame they told me, replaced the window, and cleaned up the mess of glass shards in and around my car. It was cleaner than it was before. Would NEVER choose to do business with AGS again. Internet ad says they'd pay up to $350 of the deductible. I called and was first told they'd pay $50, but when I told them I still wanted to shop around, they quickly increased it to $125. I made an appointment. I drove 60 miles to the Portland area. They were to arrive between 2pm and 5pm. I arranged to be at a relatives house to have the work done. I called them at 12:30pm the day of the appointment to confirm and see if they wanted directions. I was told they would call me if they had any difficulty. At 4:50pm I called to get an ETA. I was told there was some 'mis-communication' and apparently the Tech was not given the correct address. Unfortunatley, he NEVER tried to call me. I had my cell phone with me the entire time (anticipating a call for directions) They said they would not be able to do the work that day. (the Tech claims he called my cell phone.....??? NOT)\r It was a TOTAL WASTE of my time and GAS!!\r \r DON""T do business with this company...... unless YOUR time is of no value. (because AGS does NOT value your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r One PO'd customer here!!!!!! Pros: Unreliable!!!! more
