Would NEVER choose to do business with AGS again. Internet ad says they'd pay up to $350 of the deductible. I called and was first told they'd pay $50, but when I told them I still wanted to shop around, they quickly increased it to $125. I made an appointment. I drove 60 miles to the Portland area. They were to arrive between 2pm and 5pm. I arranged to be at a relatives house to have the work done. I called them at 12:30pm the day of the appointment to confirm and see if they wanted directions. I was told they would call me if they had any difficulty. At 4:50pm I called to get an ETA. I was told there was some 'mis-communication' and apparently the Tech was not given the correct address. Unfortunatley, he NEVER tried to call me. I had my cell phone with me the entire time (anticipating a call for directions) They said they would not be able to do the work that day. (the Tech claims he called my cell phone.....??? NOT)\r
It was a TOTAL WASTE of my time and GAS!!\r
