Super fun store to buy gifts 11/11/2005

The AIA touts itself as a bookstore, which they have lots of, but they also have a great selection of kids' toys, books and other gifts. In addition, they have some really quirky and funky housewares, like clocks and knick knacks. While the price is a little high, their pieces are definitely unique and worth the money. They also have a great sample of stationary, including - oddly enough - some really great holiday cards. We bought cards to send to our clients last year from here and they were a big hit. This is the type of store you can wander around in for a while and hear yourself say "cool" or "wow" about 200 times. more

Whether you're looking for a design book, a greeting card or interesting items for the house, you'll spend time browsing every corner of this store! Great place to shop for Christmas gifts/cards, and for those who are hard to buy for! more
