AAA Sparkling Carpets

They came at our apartment last week. They called me and informed that they are running late. They arrived 1 hr late and start job. They were in hurry because of their next job. Service was so fast but I got some spots were still in dining room. They cleaned twice my dining room. more

I am only giving one star because that is the lowest possible.\r \r Very poor quality work. I have a household steam cleaner but was looking for a professional job so I called Sparkling Carpets.\r \r After they finished, I put down a white towel and it immediately picked up dirt. The rug looked no different after the cleaning other than it was wet. \r \r I had them scheduled two days, one for our home and the next week for our apt. When I called to cancel the following apt. they asked why and I told them that I was very disappointed with the quality of the job. They said ""ok, we have canceled your appointment next week"". \r \r They didn't apologize or offer to redo the work or anything! I was shocked and truly disappointed. \r \r I would not recommend Sparkling Carpets to anyone!\r \r Avoid this company and go with someone who will stand behind their work. Their technician demonstrated recognition of types of stains observed on our premises. \r \r They were explained to us in light of the degree of wear and tear in a particular time frame. Appropriate method of cleaning was applied thereafter. \r \r Excellent results delivered. more

Sparkling Carpets, cleaned my carpets yesterday in my San Ramon townhome. I had already priced new carpets, as we were renting and had a cat who had litter box issues, and damaged two rooms VERY badly, and we had another cat who had digestive problems (he threw up his food frequently), and she damaged the carpets as well. \r \r I had no idea how badly the carpets were damaged until we moved all of our furniture out. I decided to pay for a last carpet cleaning (I had them cleaned once before with very limited success, which was disappointing), given it was going to cost us $4000+ to replace these carpets. \r \r I left while their technician was working, hoping against hope that we could fix SOME of the damage to limit my cost to $4K (given rooms upstairs were damaged and I had not costed that yet!). When I came to walk through, the carpets were 100% fixed! \r Even knowing where to look for the damage, I could not find it! I am thrilled at the ?magic? Sparkling Carpets worked on our carpets, and especially that it looks like we won?t have to spend that $4K on a rental we have already moved out of! \r \r That money can be much better spent on our new house! My carpet is seventeen years old so I did not expect perfection, but their technician was very kind and worked very hard to clean the carpet. He used three machines: two rotary and one standard steam cleaning machines. He worked on the carpet for an hour and a half. He deserves five stars for his effort and the results he achieved, although I never had my carpet professionally cleaned. My only reservation is that some areas of the carpet took over a day to dry more
