Absolutely superior. 2/25/2011

It seems these days that people are more inclined to take the time to write a review (or even say something) if it is negative or because they are angry. I am taking time out of my day today to say (and write) something good. I had the pleasure of welcoming a professional young man into my home today to clean my carpets. This may not seem like such a huge incident, but I am just so pleased with the job this charming soul performed on my flooring - my carpet looks brand new. This company is far superior to any I have used before and I will welcome them back in the future. Take the time and say something nice - so thank you Doug. Have a blessed day. more

Great Service Fast and effective 2/11/2011

Really. Wow. No hassles. Doug came in to the house, gave a fair price and a firm handshake. He moved effortlessly from my tile kitchen right to the carpets. Did my whole 900sq ft place in about an hour. Pre treatment, Tile, Carpet and Protectant. There was no attempt to upsell or anything. Doug was just a real person doing a great job. My place looks like the first day I moved in thanks to Doug and Oops Steam Cleaning. more

Just had my carpets thoroughly spring cleaned (on a dreary day) and my home is rejuvenated! Great job by my cleaner Doug and I would highly recommend Oops to anyone needing a good thorough cleaning job. :) more

Super Service!!!!! 1/26/2011

Just had our carpets and two chairs cleaned. WOW! Everything looks and smells great!!! All of the dirt is GONE! Doug was here early, imagine that, a service man early for an appointment. It was a good sign. No bait and switch with Oops! We were quoted a price and that is the price we paid. What could have been a pain in the, you know what, was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Oops to anyone. more

I had my carpets cleaned 2 weeks ago and I waited to write a review here until I was absolutely sure the job was done right. Well it was. Overall my carpet looks brand new and the stains I was skepical about have not returned. I have to be honest, when the oops guy said the stains were truly gone, I didn't believe him. Well Doug, you proved me happily wrong. Highly recommend ... these guys know what they are doing. more

Cat owner's best friend! 1/25/2011

I have tried several different carpet cleaners in the area and have always been disappointed - but not today. Oops Steam Cleaning is the epitome of customer service and awesome results. I have several cats and they occasionally will mark my carpet - these stains have never been fully removed to my satisfaction, again, until today. The gentleman they sent out, Doug, went above and beyond to clean these tricky spots - and they are gone! I am so happy I have found such a great company - these days it really is a crapshoot. I have been converted!! This company is the only smart choice in carpet cleaning. Period. My Oops technician just left and all I can say is ""WOW!"" My carpet and floor looks amazing. He is a genius and very knowledgeable about his job - and quite a treat for this lady's eyes ;) For the record, if anyone out there has ever wondered what happens to retired male models?? Well ladies, I have your answer ... his name is Doug and he works for Oops. I am totally serious - but you should definitely check out his work. Bryan came out and cleaned my carpet last week. I have used other companies around Houston for years and I have never felt like my carpet looked new again until I had OOPS! come clean. Bryan was smart and professional, he was honest and upfront about the pricing and I have never been happier with my carpets. I will use OOPS! from now on. more

OOPS STEAM CLEAN SAVED ME MONEY... 1/15/2011

Literally, Oops Steam Clean has saved me thousands of dollars. Their tech just left my home and I couldn't be happier - my carpets look brand new! So how has this company saved me so much cash? I don't have to buy new carpet - I honestly didn't think there was any hope for my existing flooring -- I am happy to be proved wrong on that. And the tech that came out was great - worked quickly and efficiently and was very knowledgable. Thanks Doug, great job. more

Exceptional Service! 1/15/2011

Oops Steam Cleaning is the only way to go if you are in need of excellent carpet cleaning service. Usually my wife is home when we have our carpets done but today I got to witness truly exceptional service. Our technician Doug was a fine young man with stand up character that I welcomed into our home - it should make Michael Barry proud to advertise for this company. I watched Doug at work and saw that actual steam was used to clean my carpet - I saw him melt a big area of wax right out of the carpet like it was butter! My wife likes to burn candles a lot so we will be using Oops again - most likely in the near future. I suggest you do the same! more

Got out the coffee stains 1/15/2011

I live with a dirty roomate that spills coffee everywhere and has friends who spill beer all over the place. Needless to say, the carpets in our apartment were a mess. Wade and Brian came out and cleaned the carpets within about an hour. They did a pretty good job for the price. They were friendly and conversational. The scheduling was very prompt and I was overall impressed with the way they did business. If I need to have my carpets cleaned again, I'd use Oops. more

They did a good job 1/15/2011

I called up Oops steam cleaning on a Friday night at 6PM and they were able to schedule me for the next day. Great turnaround. Two people showed up, Wade was the guy on the steamer and Bryan sprayed the spots. They came out on time, were friendly and got the job done. We even joked around about Aggie sports. The spots I had were pretty bad and they did a good job of getting them out, at least for the present. We will see in a few days time. I will update if anything should change. Moderately priced. They cleaned around 1200 sq.ft of carpet for under $200. They said if any spots should reappear, that it would be free of charge to come back out within 7 days. more

Oops got rid of my stains 1/15/2011

There were two guys, Wade and Brian, that came out to clean my apartment. First, they arrived within the 3hr window... which was nice. We had terrible terrible black (really!) stains in our entry and throughout our living room. They arrived and were through within an hour and so far, the stains are gone. Would do business with again. more

Oops saved the day!! 1/10/2011

I had my carpets cleaned today and had such a wonderful experience I wanted to do something nice, but didn't have cash for a tip - so here I am! Doug was really conscientious about the work being performed around my house while he was cleaning my carpets and did a far greater job than I expected, especially with my toddler(the reason he is here to clean in the first place!) It is such a great pleasure to deal with a young man who is proud to be a part of a superior small business dedicated to customer satisfaction. He will be back to do the rest of the house when all our remodeling is finished. more

Let me just start by saying this is the second time I have used this company and will never use anyone else. They are the most professional carpet cleaning I have ever dealt with from scheduling to the awesome technician (Doug) who has come to my home on both occasions to complete the carpet cleaning. I enjoyed talking with Doug who is quite the expert and a pleasure to do business with. Don't waste your time with other ""bait and switch/wet and jet"" type companies. Great Job! 1/1/2011

We started out New Years Eve by having our carpets cleaned. We have two German Shepherds, one of which decided to come in the house after a storm. This resulted in mud being tracked throughout the house. My wife called and scheduled an appointment with Oops. They called the morning of the appointment to let me know they were on their way. They arrived as scheduled and we discussed the services. Doug was the technician. He was nice, professional, and efficient. After walking our house and explaining the process, he went to work, it took very little time, and the carpets looked great after he was done! We will use them in the future! more

oops steam clean 11/24/2010

They came out because we heard them advertised on the radio. Stains all came back in the tv room so they came out to redo. All the stains in my boys room came back and they took forever to come fix then accused me of the stains being new, terrible job. will stick with Dirt Free and terrible customer service more

Don't use OOPS Steam Cleaning 2/24/2010

I would NOT use this cleaning service. They came out and didn't clean carpet sides, left streaks, didn't clean behind doors. Called next day to redo and they returned 2 days later & was told this was not covered and required another service of theirs which would cost an additional $200 - that is after paying $421 initially. more
