I have tried several different carpet cleaners in the area and have always been disappointed - but not today. Oops Steam Cleaning is the epitome of customer service and awesome results. I have several cats and they occasionally will mark my carpet - these stains have never been fully removed to my satisfaction, again, until today. The gentleman they sent out, Doug, went above and beyond to clean these tricky spots - and they are gone! I am so happy I have found such a great company - these days it really is a crapshoot.
