Really. Wow. No hassles. Doug came in to the house, gave a fair price and a firm handshake. He moved effortlessly from my tile kitchen right to the carpets. Did my whole 900sq ft place in about an hour. Pre treatment, Tile, Carpet and Protectant. There was no attempt to upsell or anything. Doug was just a real person doing a great job. My place looks like the first day I moved in thanks to Doug and Oops Steam Cleaning.
