Just had our carpets and two chairs cleaned. WOW! Everything looks and smells great!!! All of the dirt is GONE! Doug was here early, imagine that, a service man early for an appointment. It was a good sign. No bait and switch with Oops! We were quoted a price and that is the price we paid. What could have been a pain in the, you know what, was a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Oops to anyone.
