Oops Steam Cleaning is the only way to go if you are in need of excellent carpet cleaning service. Usually my wife is home when we have our carpets done but today I got to witness truly exceptional service. Our technician Doug was a fine young man with stand up character that I welcomed into our home - it should make Michael Barry proud to advertise for this company. I watched Doug at work and saw that actual steam was used to clean my carpet - I saw him melt a big area of wax right out of the carpet like it was butter! My wife likes to burn candles a lot so we will be using Oops again - most likely in the near future. I suggest you do the same!
